Great Pasadena Bake-Off 2026 Vendor Information


Dates & Deadlines


EXTENDED DEADLINE THURS 4/16
- All parish or school ministry [or] artist vendors must submit their vendor form by this date, no exceptions. 

Sunday, May 3rd 

  • Vendor Set-Up 8 AM - 10 AM
  • Bake-Off & Vendor Time 10 AM - 3 PM 


Any St. Philip the Apostle parish ministry, school group, or artist is invited to have a table at the Great Pasadena Bake-Off! All proceeds will go to St. Philip the Apostle. Vendors from St. Philip the Apostle will retain 50% of what they sell. 


You may sell baked goods (cakes, cookies, food items, or other gifts). Attendees will purchase tickets at the door for $1 each, so each vendor will sell items accordingly accepting tickets as payment. Table(s) with the most tickets wins a prize! 


Artist Vendors must donate (1) item for the silent auction for every (1) hour they plan to have their table open for sale. Non-artist vendor fee can be discussed with the business manager.


Awards
 

(For parish ministries) 1st Place: A team of 6 of your leaders will be invited to dinner with Fr. Tony at the rectory
